SHIPPING POLICY
kiki & fee shall dispatch its products to almost all major cities of India. We normally dispatch our products on all working days except Sundays and holidays. Courier companies would normally take 3 – 4 business days to deliver the items on your door step. For those destinations where courier services are not operational, we would make all attempts to use the Post Office services which generally take 10 – 12 days to deliver the goods based on locations. If by chance there is a location where no services are available, we shall provide you refund.

TRACKING OF YOUR SHIPMENTS
Once we have received your payments, process your order and handover the products to the courier company. The tracking number of your shipment would be communicated to your given e-mail address. Courier companies generally would make two attempts to deliver the packets on your given address and by chance if you are not available, in those cases only the packet shall be returned. In that event we shall send you an intimation that the packet came back because you not being available at home.

PRICES
Prices as given would cover the cost of the product. All taxes and courier charges would be extra.

In the event of our customers choosing a product but not selecting and paying the agreed price along with other related costs, such orders would be rejected and the funds will be transferred back after deducting the processing charges.

PAYMENT POLICY
We accept the following:
Credit Cards – Master Cards, Visa Cards, Diners Club, American Express
Debit Cards – We accept Debit Cards of all Nationalized Banks, HDFC, ICICI, Kotak Mahindra, etc.

It is very specifically agreed by you that the Credit Card being used belongs to you and the information that you will be providing has to be accurate. You shall not use a Credit Card which you do not lawfully own. kiki & fee would not be liable in case of any fraud that shall take place on your Credit Card. In case it is found that you have fraudulently used a Credit Card which you do not legally own, we reserve the right not to ship the goods.

Further all online payment transactions would be done through the Payment gateway of site. The payment gateways that we have tied up are well established and affiliated with all the banking institutions and follow all rules and regulations which are prescribed by Reserve Bank of India.
